BookJane is partnering with the OMA, OHA, OLTCA in a joint effort to ensure the coordination and prioritization of physicians within the healthcare system. We have created regionalized “bubbles” that are aimed at mass mobilization of physicians into targeted hotspots.
With our cloud, browser-accessed platform, facilities that register can easily post the open requests they need to fill. OMA physicians registered on the BookJane mobile app can instantly view and accept requests on their iOS or Android device.

I requested a specific Jane for a multiple days, but more than one Jane confirmed?"When you request for a specific Jane, that Jane will have 4 hours to consider your request. The Jane will accept any shifts that she is available for. Any remaining shifts will be made available for the general pool to accept. Click on "Create Shift" in the menu bar. Input the details of your booking and click on "Search Janes" if you wish to request for someone specific.

What precautions are taken from BookJane to ensure safety?All Janes holds the following documents while working at BookJane: - Applicable diploma’s/memberships/experience - Vulnerable Screen Check - Standard First Aid and Level C CPR - Up to date immunizations Janes have completed learning materials on best practices and expectations for their position and during COVID-19. Weekly, all Janes must complete a pre-screening prior to working. Each caregiver completes a declaration to confirm they are fit to work. All Janes are expected to meet the above expectations or lose access to their account. In addition, BookJane’s technology makes it possible for any client to identify trained agency members allowed in your facility if you wish to limit the number of people working at your site. Please contact for more details!

How do I create dedicated teams?Dedicated Teams identify trained agency members allowed in your facility. Only they will be able to accept your shifts unless you choose to override this.
