BookJane Inc Selected as Finalist for Best Remote Work Strategy in the Canadian HR Awards 2021

TORONTO, ONTARIO — August 6, 2021 – BookJane Inc. announced that it has been selected as a Finalist for Best Remote Work Strategy in the 8th annual Canadian HR Awards, the leading independent awards event for the HR profession in Canada.

Presented by HRD Canada and Canadian HR Reporter magazine, the Canadian HR Awards recognizes HR teams, individuals and employers for their outstanding achievements, leadership, programs and initiatives in the field of HR over the past 12 months.

“Our success with our remote work strategy stems from our fundamental belief that we can’t recreate life as it was when everyone was in physical offices, but instead, create a virtual environment that promotes productivity in a new way.” says Curtis Khan, Founder and CEO.

"We thoroughly believe in fostering an environment for creativity and commitment. The success of our remote working strategy has to do with the benefits we have received from heightened employee engagement, employee morale and building connections within the company.”

Winners will be selected by an independent judging panel of industry experts and then revealed at the celebratory virtual awards show happening September 15, 2021. The virtual show will also feature live panel discussions with the finalists so attendees can go behind the scenes and engage with the best and brightest in HR.
